Cancellation policy
- Cancellation policy for Biacore T200 (SPR): No charge if you cancel 5 business days (1 week if weekend is included) earlier than your reserved day. 50% charge if you cancel 5-3 business days before, and 100% charge if you cancel within 48 hours.
- Cancellation policy for Emulsiflex C5, CD, DLS, ITC, & Victor3V plate reader: No charge if you cancel 4 hours before your reserved time, but you can't change or cancel your reservation within 4 hours of your reservation.
The wet-laboratory at the Biophysics core is for staff only. Users are only permitted access if they are students or Post-doctoral fellows working on a research project under the direct guidance and mentorship of CSB staff.
To access the biophysics core and its instruments training is required. Up to three people can be trained per session. The core’s normal hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Internal UIC users can be given 24/hr access.
For most biophysics instrumentation please sign-up at least 24 hours in advance.
