Single Cell Sequencing (SCS) Heading link

The Single Cell Sequencing (SCS) at the University of Illinois Chicago provides expertise, sample preparation and analysis to researchers interested in implementing single cell genome studies. We use the Chromium Single Cell System from 10x Genomics to identify cell populations, biological processes and biomarkers in systems ranging from cell lines to tissues. We also work with researchers to develop testable hypotheses based on their whole-genome data.
